Short and sweet, this offering is an in-person experience.

Price: $100

A more thorough class, this offering is an in-person experience.

Price: $200

This offering is hosted via zoom. It is the only option where yoga mats are not provided. Please contact us for a price estimate.

Yoga Mats

Premium, sanitized yoga mats will be provided at an additional cost of $10/person

Candles

Electric (no flame) candles can elevate your event. This is at an additional $15

Cool, scented towelettes applied at the end of the session add an extra layer of relaxation. This is an additional $5/person

Work With Us!

  • Do participants need yoga experience?

    • Not at all! Sessions are beginner-friendly and fully guided by our instructor. All ages and abilities are welcome.

  • Do you provide mats?

    • Yes! Premium quality, sanitized mats are provided at $10/person. All you need to do is reserve the space.

  • What styles of yoga do you teach?

    • We offer any type of yoga, although our instructor is trained in Iyengar-inspired vinyasa yoga techniques. All ages and abilities are welcome.

  • How many people can attend?

    • As many as you have space for!

  • How far do you travel?

    • We are located in Kalamazoo, Michigan. Depending on the size of the event, we could travel to most of Michigan.

  • Are sessions customizable?

    • Yes! We pride ourselves on offering tailored, personalized experiences. If you are interested in a session that doesn't fit into our typical formats, reach out to us and we are happy to work with you.
